In 1992, he graduated from the Journalism Department at the National University of Kyiv.

He started his career as the correspondent at “Delo” newspaper.

Valeriy is rightfully considered one of the pioneers of Ukrainian advertising market. In 1993, he opened one of the first advertising agencies in Kiyv, “Renome-Kompleks.” Then, he worked for three years for American educational program dealt with the introduction of the ​​privatization concept to the public; there, he launched the “Hope Born by the Property” campaign. In 1995, on the basis of the educational program, the office of the Burson-Marstelle agency was opened in Ukraine, where Valeriy headed the Media Department.

In 1996, he returned to his own business, and in 2001 opened the agency Maximiz under the license from the holding WPP.  In 2007, the agency became part of the Mindshare network headed by Valeriy till his departure for 1+1 Media.

She was one of the first who shaped the television sponsorship market in Ukraine.

In 2011-2012, she served as the Marketing Director at Mail.ru Ukraine. During this time, the company made the first cross-integration of Odnoklassniki social network into a television project.

In 2012-2013, she was the Head of Marketing Department supervising projects by Komsomolskaya Pravda in Ukraine and VGorode.ua, a unique georeferenced Internet resource, at UMH holding company.

Oksana was born in Cherkassy. She graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. Her professional career began in Cherkassy Regional Television and during 20 years she has gone from a junior editor of the regional program to the presenter of the prime-time program of one of the largest channels in Ukraine. Oksana is also Honored journalist of Ukraine.

She began to work at ICTV in 2000. First as a reporter, and then – as a parliamentary correspondent. In late 2001, already as a presenter Oksana started the morning news broadcast of the channel, giving rise to a new stage of development of ICTV. In 2004 she left the channel and occupied the position of press secretary of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. One year later Oksana returned to ICTV. She combined two positions: the evening news presenter and the chief editor of the program “Freedom of Speech” (“Svoboda slova”). In early 2006 Oksana was invited to create her own program – the final touch in the news broadcast of the channel.

“Facts of the week with Oksana Sokolova” went on the air on February 12, 2006. The program gained the trust of the audience and recognition of television experts. “Facts of the week” won a “Teletriumph” award in the nomination “The best prime-time news program (news round-up)” for 4 times. In 2011 Oksana won the most prestigious television award and was named “The best presenter of news program”.

At the same time as being the TV presenter Oksana has successfully mastered the specialty of television producer. Since 2007 till 2013 her department has produced a high rating program of journalistic investigations “Maximum in Ukraine”, since 2009 till 2014 “Royal life” (“Kozyrne zhyttya”),   In 2013-2014 – “The Fourth Tower.” In general, Oksana has produced more than 10 diverse original formats.

Oksana is married, and has a son, who is a student in the university.

Mr. Mzhelskiy has begun working at Ukrainian TV since 1994 as the editor, international correspondent and reporter at TVT Channel. In 1997-1998 – correspondent at Yutar Broadcasting company. 1998-2004 – Foreign Desk Editor at Novy TV Channel. 2005-2007 – News Editor at Novy TV Channel.

In 2007 Vladimir Mzhelskiy joined Channel 5 as the chief-editor of its News Desk. In 2009 he became Editor-in-Chief of Channel 5. He’s the Honored Journalist of Ukraine.

Tetiana Pushnova has been holding the position of the General Producer of Ukraine Today TV channel since August 2014.

Special», the first Ukrainian television tabloid, and for two years was at the head of the most powerful news service in the country, Television Service of News on 1+1 TV channel.

She holds a degree in Cultural Studies, she graduated from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

A universal soldier of Ukrainian television news; during 10 years of working on television, she was the editor of news editions coming out every half an hour and in marathon mode (the events of autumn 2004, parliamentary elections and the parliamentary crisis of 2006, marathons dedicated to emergency events); she was responsible for the broadcast of a political talk show; she held the position of reporter, in particular she covered the military conflict in Georgia in August 2008; she also took part in creating and broadcasting news on «TVi» TV channel.
