Yuriy Artemenko

Yuriy Artemenko has three Diplomas of Higher Education in media, law and management. He has over 30 years’ experience in journalism, public activity and law.

He was the Head of the Zaporizhzhya Region State Administration and the founder of Zaporizhzhya Regional Independent Media Labor Union. Distinguished Journalist of Ukraine. He is the Member of the National Union of Journalists. Yuriy Artemenko has many state honors for his professional work.

Kateryna Kotenko

Company: National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine

Position: Responsible Secretary 

Keteryna Kotenko has over 10 years’ experience in television sphere. Under her leadership, Television Industry Committee brought together four major television groups that contributed to the development of the television industry. She was involved in the developing of the single reliable and standardized currency of Ukrainian television market – TV measurement system.

Since 2002, Kateryna Kotenko has been a permanent member of public councils, working groups and expert colleagues in broadcasting sphere and media management. She was the jury member of international TV shows and festivals, such as Banff, TEFI Commonwealth and Impact Awards.

Aleksandr Bogutskiy

Company: ICTV TV Channel

Position: Chief Executive Officer

Aleksandr Bohutskiy graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Lviv.

Since 1991 worked as the editor of the first independent Ukrainian radio station “Radio Independence”. During journalistic career, worked in the press and on television. In 1994 Alexander Bogutskiy headed the press center of JSC “Tavria Games” and was unchanged leading of this music festival.

Since 2000 he has been the CEO of TV channel ICTV. From 2009 to 2012 headed the group StarLightMedia, which united channels ICTV, The New Channel, STB and M1. In 2012 he became a member of the investment advisory group EastOne, which implements strategies for managing businesses in the portfolio EastOne.

Yevgen Lyaschenko

Position: Director

Yevgen Lyaschenko headed media holding Media Group Ukraine LLC in July 2014. Prior to that, he worked for two years as CFO Media Group Ukraine LLC. Yevgen Lyaschenko was appointed to the position of Financial Director of Media Group Ukraine in July 2012. Before joining the team of Media Group Ukraine LLC, Yevgen had been working in the financial and consulting industry for 16 years, 13 years of which at managerial positions. In 2011 to 2012 he held the position of Financial Director in Mining Machines Holding (SCM Group), in 2007 to 2011 – in London and Regional Properties Ukraine (international commercial real estate property management company), in 2005 to 2007 – Alaska Trade (fresh frozen fish and salmon caviar importer and distributor, warehousing property operator). At the position of Management Consultant Yevgen worked for TNK-BP Ukraine and Western NIS Enterprise Fund in 2003-2005. In 2002-2003 – Coca Cola Beverages Ukraine, where Yevgen held the position of Regional Director. In 2000 to 2002 Yevhen worked in Papastratos Ukraine Company at the position of Financial and Administrative Director. In 1998 to 1999 – Financial Director of Slobozhanska Budivelna Keramika (leader in the facing brick market), portfolio company of Western NIS Enterprise Fund (venture fund, USA). In 1997 to 1998 he worked in TACIS project of post-privatization support for industrial companies (consortium of Commerzbank, PWC and Irish Management Institute) at the position of Management Consultant. Yevgen graduated from the Economics Department (Economic Cybernetics) of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.

Aleksandr Tkachenko

Company: 1+1 Media

Position: CEO

Aleksandr Tkachenko has been holding the position of the CEO in 1+1 Media since August 2008.

Aleksandr graduated from the Journalism Department at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

He started his professional career in 1988 as an editor and a host of the program “Molodizhna Studiya “GART” (“Youth Studio “GART”) on UT-1 TV channel. Eventually, he became a correspondent of the international news agency Reuters.

In 1993, he created the television company “Nova Mova” (“New Language”), which produced the analytical program “Pisliamova” (“Afterward”) with him himself as a host. “Pisliamova” premiered on UT-1 in autumn 1994, and started to air on 1+1 TV channel in two years. During this period, Oleksandr headed the news service TSN and became the Deputy CEO of 1+1 TV channel.

In 1998, Aleksandr left 1+1, focusing on developing of “Nova Mova.” During the year, the company produced the author’s program “Faces of the World” by Oleksandr Tkachenko for Inter TV channel. Among the program’s guests were the Dalai Lama, Pinochet, Jean Chrétien, Jacques Chirac and others.

In 1999, Aleksander Tkachenko was at the head of Novy channel, which became one of the three market leaders by the time of 2000. He hosted the debate between Viktor Yushchenko and Viktor Yanukovych in the time of the presidential elections in 2004. In 2008, he worked in Moscow as the Deputy CEO of the REN-TV channel.

He produced the films “House with a Turret,” “Vysotsky. Thank God I’m Alive,” “At the River”. Also, he was the producer of a lot of popular TV series, including “Milkmaid from Hatsapetovka,” “Tomorrow Will Be Tomorrow,” “Hope as Evidence of Life”, “Polka-Dot Sky”, “Shoot, Now”, “Soothsayer”, and many others.

For several years, he hosted the author’s TV program “Tkachenko.UA” on 1+1 TV channel.

Vlad Ryashin

Vlad Ryashin was born on 12^th July 1970 in Zaporozhye, Ukraine.

He has been working in the television industry since 1991 (successful as author, producer and host).

From 2001 though 2006 – President of the Board of the TV channel Inter (Ukraine).

From 2006 though 2013 – СЕО for Star Media.

Presently, Star Media is one of the largest producers and holders of rights to the television content in the Russian Federation and CIS, with No. 1 position in Ukraine and one of the TOP-3 positions in Russia.

Star Media produces the content in the following genres: theatrical movies, television series, docudramas, animation, telenovelas, formats.

Vlad Ryashin has produced over 300 feature films and series, animated cycles, documentaries, TV shows and musicals the rights to which are acquired by television channels in Eastern and Western Europe, China, Japan, USA, Israel, Middle East and other countries and regions.

Vlad Ryashin has been nominee and contender for international awards in the domains of cinema and television. Winner of the TEFI-2014 and Media Manager of Russia – 2014 awards.

Fyodor Grechaninov

Fyodor Grechaninov – a graduate of Kyiv National Economic University. From 1996 to 2003 he worked at Alfa Capital Ukraine and Alfa-Bank, where he started as an equity analyst and was up-graded to Head of Corporate Finance.

Fyodor founded the investment banking firm Griffon Capital, which in 2007 was rebranded in Mosaic Group. In 2011-2012 was CEO of financial company “Socrates”.

Irina Andrushchenko

Irina is expert of all-advertising coalition of the legal video content and video advertising in Ukraine. She has been working at media from 1995. Since July 2012 – Development Director of Starlight Media Group.

She graduated with honors degree from Kyiv National Economic University.

She headed marketing department of publishing house ‘Blits-Inform’ (newspapers ‘Biznes’, magazine ‘Natali’), commercial service of ‘MK in Ukraine’, then commercial and marketing departments of newspaper ‘Delovaya Stolitsa’. Since 2005 she was General Director of publishing house ‘Expert Ukraine’, then the First Vice-President of Holding ‘Media Invest Group’ (‘Expert’, ‘Economic News’, ‘Status’, LQ).

Iryna Melnytchuk

Company: PLUSPLUS and Bigudy TV channels

Position: Marketing Director

She has been at the head of the Marketing Department of PLUSPLUS and Bigudy TV channels since January 2014 and July 2015 respectively. During her time at the company, Iryna, together with a like-minded team, has brought the PLUSPLUS brand to the next level and continues working in this direction.

She has two higher degrees: the Specialist Degree in Computer Programming Systems from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and the Degree in Marketing and Management from the KNEU.

She started her career in 1996 working for Incom LTD as web designer. Iryna is a winner of the Grand Prize at the KIAF 1998. She spent 10 years working for Starlight Media holding company, 5 of them as the Marketing Director of the Sponsorship Sales House. In 2011-2012,  she was the Marketing Director at Mail.ru Ukraine. Subsequently, she occupied the position of the Head of the Marketing Department at UMH.

Maryna Kolesnikova

Position: Head of Internet advertising sales

Started her media career in 2004 in print media. Maryna was responsible for promotion and sales of daily, weekly and monthly editions. For several years she was engaged in the sales of non-standard cross-media projects.

Since 2012 Maryna Kolesnikova has held the position of Head of Internet advertising sales at 1+1 media Group. Maryna takes an active part in the development of video-direction of the Group, she is one of the most active participants of the fight against piracy initiative “Chyste nebo”, initiates a series of multi-media projects at “1+1 media”

In February 2014 entered the top 35 young media-managers of Ukraine.

Tatiana Katrich

Professional with over 13 years of experience in media planning, statistics and mathematical analysis, strategic planning, product development and business consulting.

Thanks to the active position and the initiative of Tatiana advertising market of Ukraine has received a range of innovations in TV, outdoor advertising and digital. Under her leadership, in 2010 the agency Media Direction | OMD created a separate direction of services – Brand Metrics and they were the first who demonstrate to the market the whole spectrum of econometric modeling.  In 2015 Media Direction | OMD presented to the advertising market VPlan – integrator of planning video campaigns on TV and on the Internet.

Svetlana Kalinina

Svetlana works in media since 1986, started at the Ukrainian State Television. She was Media director of Linea12/McCANN ERICKSON (from 2001 – MD of Universal McCANN) for 10 years. In 2006 Svetlana headed Kwendi Media Audit.

Andrey Taranov

Tatyana Vasilenko

Position: Executive Chairman

Tatyana Vasilenko is Executive Chairman at AGAMA communications, member of the Board of directors at the Atlantic Group. She is the “Trace in advertising” award winner for significant contribution to the development of the advertising market in Ukraine.

In 1994, Tatyana founded PROVID, which became first full service agency in the country and which  remains industry leader for the last  20 years.

15 agencies specialized in media, creative, PR and digital expertise were founded under her leadership. In 2013 they were united in AGAMA communications group of companies. The Group’s portfolio includes more than 250 international and Ukrainian clients.
