Igor Koval Company: Television Industry Committee (TIC) Position: Director (until September 2020) In 2018 graduated from Kyiv National Economic University named after V. Hetman and offered Master Degree with “International economic law” specialisation. Professional lawyer, works in Television Industry Committee since 2009. For a long time engaged in review and development of legislative initiatives for the proper functioning of the media market and the whole media area. In 2012 leaded GR department of Television Industry Committee. Also in his area of responsibility included questions on cooperation with international and partner organizations. From 2015 until 2020 held a position of Director of Television Industry Committee. Igor Koval is a member of the working and expert groups created for the development of the television and media area. Besides that, Igor is member of public councils key media authorities, jury member of international competitions:
Systematically participate in the development of a significant number of draft laws and legislation in the media area, in particular, on television and advertising. Also Igor Koval one of the reformer of the National Television Award “Teletriumf“, supported by Ukrainian Television Academy. Television Industry Committee – is a professional association of leading TV-channels and media agencies. It represents interests of television industry of Ukraine. The main goal of TIC is to promote the development of TV industry in Ukraine. He was graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Lviv University with the PhD degree. In 1991, he started his career in journalism as the editor of the first independent Ukrainian radio station “Radio Nezalezhnist” (Independence Radio). He worked in the press and on television. In 1994, he headed the press center of “Tavriiski Ihry” (Tavria Games) JSC. Since 2000, he has been a Director-President of ICTV channel. From November 2009 till March 2012, Olexandr Bohutskii worked as a Head of StarLightMedia Group. In March 2012, he took the position of EastOne board member, where he implements management strategies of business assets in the business portfolio. Evgeniy Bondarenko has been the head of media holding Media Group Ukraine since June 2019. Previously he repeatedly held senior management positions in finance, accounting and auditing areas in various companies. Since 2012, Evgeniy held the post of Chief Operating Officer in the StarLightMedia group. Since 2006, he worked as a Management Effectiveness Director in the EastOne Group, where he was responsible for strategic development and increase of operational efficiency of assets, including media. Before, Evgeniy was deputy director of planning and operational effectiveness in the group of the TNK-BP Ukraine companies. Eugeniy has a higher education in economics and two MBA degrees: WU Executive Academy, Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria) and Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota (USA). Maksym Kryvytskyi held the post of General Producer of 2 + 2 TV channel since January 2017. On the 20th of August 2019 he became the head of the business unit “TV Business” amid the 1+1 media group. Since the 19th of August she has been a member of the 1+1 Media Board. Maksym has two higher education degrees. In 2006, he graduated from the Electronics Department of The National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” with a Specialist’s degree in Audio, Video and Film Technology. In 2008, he obtained his Master’s in Finance at the Kyiv National Economics University named after Vadym Hetman.
He started his career on television in 2000 as an assistant director. Then, he trained at AGB Company, the first company in Ukraine to deal with television measurements, and became an analyst.
From 2001 till 2012, he was employed at K1 TV channel where he grew to become first a head of marketing research department, then a programming director, and finally a deputy CEO of K1 TV channel.
In 2012, he was invited to join MTV Russia TV channel as its Programming Director. In 2013, he took a direct participation in launching Friday TV channel. He proposed programming and content policy that has become quite successful there. Over three years, the channel has gained its popularity, won a number of awards, and significantly increased its share. In 2015, the channel was recognized as the year’s brand according to Forbes magazine. The channel’s successful projects Oryol I Reshka and Revizorro were bestowed with the highest awards at TEFI Awards presented by the Russian Academy of Television. Andrey Rybkin began his career in advertising 16 years ago. During this period, he grew up at Starcom and in senior positions at the communication group Publicis Groupe. At the intermediate stages of his career, he tested himself as a TV buyer and a TV planner, and expanded his competencies from television to all traditional media and research. During this time, he developed unique approaches to planning and procurement in various media at the Starcom level, and later implemented them in Publicis Groupe to work with all clients in the the group. Also launched econometric research. Clients: B&H, Samsung, TSSS (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Schweppes, Rich), GSK, Sandoz, Kyivstar, McDonalds, Danone, Obolon, Comfy and others. Yaroslav Pakholchuk Andriy Partyka Company: Ocean Media Position: Director General Andriy Partyka heads Ocean Media company, which is a key player in the TV advertising market and sells the resources of the most liquid TV channels – ICTV, New Channel, STB, M1, M2, OZE TV and others. Prior to joining Ocean Media, Andriy Partyka worked for 18 years at the StarLightMedia media holding, where he became marketing director at ICTV in 2000. Later, he created StarLight Sales (which sold direct TV advertising) and StarLight Brand Content (which immediately became the market leader in content advertising). Prior to joining television industry Andriy worked as the commercial director of the most replicated newspaper in Ukraine «Express» in 1997–2005 (Lviv). Valeriy Varenytsia Company: 1+1 media Valeriy Varenytsia has been working on the position of the Commercial Director at Sales House “Pluses” since October 2012. In 1992, he graduated from the Journalism Faculty at the National University of Kyiv. He started his career as the correspondent at “Delo” newspaper. Valeriy is rightfully considered one of the pioneers of Ukrainian advertising market. In 1993, he opened one of the first advertising agencies in Kiyv, “Renome-Kompleks”. Then, he worked for three years for American educational program dealt with the introduction of the privatization concept to the public; there he launched the “Hope Born by the Property” campaign. In 1995, on the basis of the educational program, the office of the Burson-Marstelle agency was opened in Ukraine, where Valeriy headed the Media Department. In 1996, he returned to his own business, and in 2001 opened the agency Maximiz under the license from the holding WPP. In 2007, the agency became part of the Mindshare network headed by Valeriy till his departure for 1+1 Media. In 2016, he received the “Trace in Advertising” Distinction from the Effie Awards Ukraine. In 2017, he founded the Pluses Partners Awards, the purpose of which is to distinguish advertising companies which together with 1 + 1 media, promote the advertising market and determine its future. Alexander Gorokhovsky Company: Dentsu Aegis Network Ukraine Position: CEO Alexander Gorokhovsky has 26 years’ experience of work in media industry. In 1992 started his career at media business in the advertisement agency AITI. During 1998-2010 leaded the agency AITI and later – AITI/Carat and Carat Ukraine. Since 2010 served as the CEO position of communication group at Aegis Media Ukraine, and then became the CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Ukraine, until now.
Dmytro Dutchyn Company: Space Media Position: Commercial Director In 1993,Dmytro Dutchyn graduated from Ukrainian physical-mathematical lyceum attached KNU of Taras Shevchenko. High education was received on faculty of cybernetic in Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
